In loving memory of our dear friend James Lee, a dedicated runner who faced life’s challenges with unwavering determination and a spirit that inspired us all.

James, who left us in 2021 after a courageous battle with illness, not only showcased exceptional running prowess but became a beacon of inspiration by continuing his passion even while undergoing treatment. His resilience in the face of adversity touched our hearts deeply.

To honour James’s legacy, his wife Julie and her family established the James Lee Memorial Award for Endeavour. This award recognises a club member who, like James, has demonstrated extraordinary commitment and perseverance in their running journey over the past year.
